After 47 incredible years with BTM Manufacturing — 13 of those with our sister company ISSCO Inc— our friend and colleague Ralph Rogers officially retired on September 26, 2025. Ralph has been an indispensable part of our team, and we are deeply grateful for his dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment. He will be greatly missed, but his legacy will continue to inspire us for years to come. The team at BTM is wishing Ralph nothing but happiness, health, and plenty of well-deserved relaxation in his retirement!
