BTM Heads to MWFA's February Joint Meeting & Social Event

The featured speaker, Carol Howerton, Director of Workforce Development Programs at the Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center, brings more than 37 years of experience across industry and higher education. Carol will share practical insights and proven strategies to help companies launch and strengthen internship programs that build a sustainable workforce pipeline.
